 As our client, you may bring your pet, which is our patient, to either of our offices.
We offer state-of-the-art treatment and care services, year-round, Monday-Saturday, 65 hours a week in Sturbridge.
Here are our Sturbridge hours:
Monday-Thursday, 7:30 A.M.-7:30 P.M.
Friday, 7:30 A.M.-5:30 P.M.
Saturday, 8:00 A.M.-1:00 P.M.

At our Charlton Clinic you may bring your pet, year-round, Monday-Saturday, 32 hours a week in Charlton. Here are our Charlton hours:
Monday-Tuesday, Noon-5 P.M.
Wednesday, 9 A.M.-5 P.M.
Thursday-Friday, Noon-5 P.M.
Saturday, 9 A.M.-1 P.M.

Fees
You are entitled to receive clear and detailed information about the fees for our services.
We furnish a written estimate of expenses and discuss procedures and the course of treatment before therapy begins. If a pet should be admitted to the hospital we invite you to discuss the estimate prior to treatment.
At your pet’s discharge you receive an itemized statement that we are glad to explain in detail. All bills are payable at your pet’s discharge. We accept cash, debit cards, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and personal checks that are confirmed by personal identification and that we verify electronically. It is important to note that we do not do in-house billing.
We offer discounts to senior citizens age 62 and above, who are pet owners, for all services and most dispensable items.
We offer several conveniences designed to make your life as a pet owner easier:
